New Feature: Schedule a 2nd Daily Alert—Any Time You Choose!
Great news! You can now set up a second Daily Alert—and best of all, you get to choose the time it goes out.
This highly requested feature was developed in response to user feedback and gives your team even more flexibility in staying on track throughout the day.
Here’s how it works:
Set at the Tracker Level: The 2nd Daily Alert is configured for the entire tracker, so all users on that tracker will receive it.
Who Can Set It: Only a Primary or Secondary Manager of the tracker has the ability to configure this additional alert.
1st Alert Timing Reminder: As always, the 1st Daily Alert is sent around 6:00 AM ET.
With this new feature, you can reinforce goals, boost engagement, or provide mid-day reminders—on your own schedule.
To set a 2nd Daily Alert:
- After logging into KDNA, go to the Group Tracker page and make sure the correct tracker is listed in the pull down
- From the Select Action pull down, select Manage Template (this will take you to the Template Manager page)
- Select the Show link next to Optional Settings
- Select the Yes radio button next to Send Optional Second Daily Alert
- Next to Send Secondary Alert At, select the Time you want the second alert to be sent (this is in Pacific Time)
- Select the Save Changes button
