You may want to add more information to your KDNA Tracker such as contact information, dates of appointments, and helpful tips for yourself. You can do this by adding a Comment when inputting actuals. Please follow these steps to add a comment from your KDNA account:
1. Log into your account at kdna.kdna.com
2. Click the Update To Dos button.
3. Select the Comment Button next to the Goal you would like to update.
4. Input number of Actuals (this feature will add your new actuals to your previous actuals, you will not need to sum them yourself).
5. Add associated Comment.
6. You can choose whether you would like to send an alert to your team captain or coach when you add a comment by selecting Yes or No. This is not necessary unless your team captain or coach requests this from you.
6. Click Save and Close
