How to View Cumulative Totals for a Time Period (ex. Year to Date)

There are many ways to view data within KDNA. But what if you just want to see your Cumulative Actuals for a specific time such as Year to Date? To view the Actual Totals for a specific time period:

  1. Log into KDNA at www.kdna.com.
  2. Select the Group Tracker button at the top left of the screen.
  3. If it is not already selected, select the correct template name from the Tracker pull down.
  4. For a custom date range, you will need to select the bounding dates of the time period you want to view. From the Starting Deadline pull down select the earlier of your bounding time periods. In this example, 01/06/2025 was selected.
  5. From the Ending Deadline pull down select the later of your bounding time periods. In this example, 02/02/2025 was selected.
  6. Now select the View Dates button. Each user row shows that person's Cumulative Actuals for the designated time period. The last row shows the totals for all individuals shown in the list.
  7. Alternatively, if you wish to view cumulative data from the beginning of the year to the current deadline, you may simply click the YTD (year to date) link above the bounding date pull downs.
