There are many products in the KnowledgeDNA suite. They include the applications of Goal Tracking, Power Dialing, AI Lead Generation, and HomeBot. Application training is provided throughout. In selected suites, there are Group Coaching and KDNA directed Power Dialing sessions.
In this section we will only be addressing the KDNA Goal Tracker. When you joined KnowledgeDNA, you were assigned to a Tracker and received a Welcome Email that contained your username and password. If you do not have your Welcome Email please contact KDNA Support at support@knowledgedna.com.
The first step is to start entering your Actuals into your tracker. There are a numbers of ways to accomplish this, but the easiest is from your Daily Progress Emails, which will be explained in the next article.
