When logged into your KDNA account, you can update your numbers similar to the Landing Page. To do this, select the Update To Dos button at the top of the page. From here you can:
- Update your Actuals by entering your cumulative weekly value in the Actuals column. If you are using the Power Dialer, the Actual values for those To Dos are non-editable. This is because the values are automatically updated during call sessions.
- Update your weekly Goal values. If these value are not editable, it is because the manager or coach of the tracker has removed that permission.
- Update your Actuals using the Comment button.
- Select a previous deadline date to update. If the Actuals or Goal values are not editable for past deadlines, it is because the manager or coach of the tracker has removed that permission.
Update Using the Comment Button
There is a Comment button next to each To Do on the Update To Dos page. Comments are used for personal tracking of information that pertains to that specific To Do. When you select the Comment button, a dialog will open for that To Do.
On this dialog, enter the Actuals to Add to your current weekly total for this To Do. Enter your comment / information about the activity. Decide Yes or No to send email alerts (the list of recipients includes you and your Team Captain(s) / Manager(s)). Then click Save.
