Managers and Team Captains receive customized KDNA email alerts that show the progress of their Group or Team members. These daily or twice-daily alerts show summary tables for the progress of their members. The subject line for these alerts starts with Manager Update or Team Captain Update.
Clicking on any user name will direct you to their Landing Page, where you can view the details for that user's progress for each To Do, as well as edit the value of an Actual. Managers and Team Captains will also find it useful to send Coaching Notes to the user from their Landing Page.
