When your KDNA account was created, you received an email that contained your username and temporary password (you will be prompted to create a new password the first time you log in). If you do not have your credentials, go to https://kdna.kdna.com, select the Forgot your password? link, and enter the email address that you are using for KnowledgeDNA. You may need to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. For issues with logging into your account, please contact KDNA Support at support@knowledgedna.com.

Each of these Tabs will be explained in subsequent articles, but as a brief synopsis:
- Group Tracker: Depending on permissions set, users can see and compare Weekly, Team, and/or Historical progress in a sortable table.
- My Tracker: Users can view their historical entries for actuals, goals, gaps, and comments in detail. Managers and Team Captains can also view this data for users in their group or team.
- Update To Dos: This is similar to the Landing Page. Users can update their numbers and create comments and notes.
- DISC Profile: Users can complete a DISC Profile to help understand their communication style by answering 24 simple questions. Managers and Team Captains can view the profile in order to help coach their members.
- Ratios: Conversion Ratios are automatically being tracked in KDNA. This page allows you to analyze those Ratios to better understand your business.
- Business Plan: A user or coach can set up a Business Plan by providing a few parameters. New goals are then calculated to help achieve the Business Plan goal.
- Admin: Users can update their password or profile here.
