Q: The Business Plan for my tracker is inactive. How do I activate it?
A:
Only the Primary or Secondary Manager of a Tracker can activate its Business Plan.
If you are a Tracker Manager, follow these steps to turn on the Business Plan features for your users:
In the top navigation bar, go to Admin → Manage Templates.
From the Active Templates list, select the Tracker you want to update.
Locate Long-Term Business Plan and change the selection to Yes.
Choose the Primary Input Goal from the dropdown. This should be the key activity you want users to prioritize.
Choose the Primary Outcome Goal from the dropdown.
In the Outcome Value field, enter the average value of one outcome. (You can customize this for each user within their individual Business Plan.)
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
